Brussels sprout stew with meatballs

Ingredients:
🥩 500 g minced pork and beef
🧅 1 onion (finely chopped)
🥚 1 egg
🥄 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
🧂 Salt and 🧂 pepper to taste
🌿 Fresh parsley (chopped, for the meatballs and garnish)
For the goulash:
🥔 500 g potatoes (diced)
🥕 3 carrots (sliced)
🥦 300 g Brussels sprouts (cleaned)
🍅 1 can of diced tomatoes (or 2 fresh tomatoes)
🧄 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
🌶️ 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
🥄 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
🥫 500 ml Vegetable or chicken broth
🥄 1 teaspoon marjoram
🌿 Fresh parsley (for garnish)
