💡 How to make it?
1️⃣ Preparing the meatballs:
In a bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Form small meatballs the size of walnuts. 🥩🥚✨
2️⃣ Frying the meatballs:
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Then transfer them to a plate. 🥘🔥
3️⃣ Frying the vegetables:
In the same frying pan, fry the garlic, potatoes, and carrots for a few minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts, then add the sweet paprika and marjoram. Mix everything well. 🥕🥦🧄
4️⃣ Add the sauce and broth:
Pour the canned tomatoes and broth over the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. 🍅🥫
5️⃣ Add the meatballs:
Add the meatballs to the stew and simmer for another 10 minutes to allow the flavors to combine and the meatballs to cook through. 🥘😍
6️⃣ Serving:
Sprinkle the stew with fresh parsley and serve hot with a slice of bread or as a standalone dish. 🌿🍞
