🛒 Ingredients:
🥩 300g meat for the soup (e.g. beef, veal, or chicken)
🥔 4 potatoes (diced)
🥕 2 carrots (sliced)
🥒 1 small zucchini (diced)
🍅 2 tomatoes (peeled and chopped) or 1 can of chopped tomatoes
🫘 100g green beans (diced)
🧅 1 onion (chopped)
🧄 2 cloves garlic (pressed through a garlic press)
🌿 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
🫒 2 tablespoons oil
🧂 Salt and pepper (to taste)
🌿 1 teaspoon marjoram
🥣 1 1 liter of vegetable or meat broth
🔪 Preparation steps:
1️⃣ Sautéing the meat and onion:
In heated oil 🫒, sauté the diced meat. When the meat is browned, add the onion 🧅 and sauté until translucent. Then add the garlic 🧄 and sauté for another minute.
2️⃣ Adding the broth:
Pour the broth 🥣 into the pot with the meat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the meat is tender.
3️⃣ Adding the vegetables:
Add the carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔, and green beans 🫘 to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the zucchini 🥒 and tomatoes 🍅 and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. 4️⃣ Seasoning:
Add salt, pepper, marjoram 🌿, and chopped parsley 🌿. Cook for another 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
5️⃣ Serving:
Serve the soup hot, with fresh bread 🥖 or croutons. 🌟

Serve the soup in deep bowls, sprinkled with fresh parsley 🌿. It tastes great with a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt! 🥰
