🍗 Chicken in Paper Pouches – Delicious and Aromatic Dish! 🧀🌿

🍗 2 chicken breasts (diced)
🫑 1 red bell pepper (diced)
🥒 1 zucchini (cut into half-moons)
🥕 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
🧄 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
🧅 1 onion (finely chopped)
🌿 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary (for garnish and flavor)
🧀 100 g mozzarella cheese (grated)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌶️ Spices: 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
🫒 Olive oil
💡 Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients: Wash and dry the vegetables, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, and garlic. Dice the chicken and season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and oregano. 🍗🥒🧄
Frying the chicken: Heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chicken. Fry until lightly golden, but not completely cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a bowl. 🥄🍗✨
Preparing the pouches: Cut squares (approx. 25×25 cm) from baking paper. Place a portion of chicken in the center of each square, then add the vegetables: bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, and garlic. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. 🫑🥕🧀
Tying the Pouches: Fold the corners of the paper inward to form a pouch and tie it at the top with kitchen twine or make handles out of the paper, as in the photo. Place a sprig of rosemary on top of each pouch for flavor. 🌿📜
Baking: Place the pouches on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted. 🔥🕒
