🛒 Ingredients:
🥔 3 medium potatoes
🥕 2 carrots
🥒 4 pickled cucumbers
🥚 3 hard-boiled eggs
🧅 1 small onion
🌿 ½ bunch of dill
🔹 Sauce instead of mayonnaise:
🥑 1 ripe avocado
🍋 Juice of ½ lemon
🥄 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
👨🍳 Preparation:
1️⃣ Preparing the vegetables
Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins, let them cool, and dice.
2️⃣ Adding the remaining ingredients
Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and dice them. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers and onion.
3️⃣ Preparing the sauce
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add lemon juice, mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy.
4️⃣ Combining the ingredients
Mix everything in a bowl and add the chopped dill.
Serve chilled, preferably after 30 minutes in the refrigerator!
